The Gravity Realm was a project designed by RDWonline webmaster Ronald D. Willis in February 2000 while he was learning Photoshop and web graphic design in college. This project was somewhat of a challenge in accomplishing that feat as well as understanding and appreciating the role and responsibility of a story illustrator, web designer and developer.
Two years in the making, Ronald was not only able to achieve success with writing this nonsensical story, but it also afforded him the opportunity to begin to learn how to create effects using graphic applications such as Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, particleIllusion, ZBrush, Vue, Cinema 4D, Bryce and the GIMP.
This final incarnation of The Gravity Realm was reconstructed using HTML5 and CSS3 standards with some additional compositing where appropriate.
